Shellcode : Linux

This page contains some simple shellcode samples designed to run under x86 GNU/Linux systems.

All the code has been tested under Debian GNU/Linux and should work on other distributions without change.

• Basic Shellcode
• Shellcode with no NULLs
• Setuid Shellcode
• Pure ASCII shellcode
• Shellcode which will survive a call to toupper()
• Shellcode which will survive a call to tolower()
• Copy /bin/sh to /tmp/sh and make it setuid()
• Bind a shell to a network socket
